03 Concept

What I have always loved about drinking is the conversation waiting beyond the glass. Since I was young, I have been drawn to the time spent laughing, drinking, and sharing words with others. With the belief that there are no bad people among true drinkers, "bar83rd" opened in 2020. Surrounded by shelves of bottles gathered from around the world, this is a place where conversation and afterglow slowly grow.

This is a very small place, with only ten seats.
If you are visiting Yokohama, I would be happy if you came to fill one or two of them.

I cannot offer anything grand.
My English is far from perfect.
But I would like to hear about your memories of Japan, your hometown, your travels, and the words you carry with you.

Since living in the United States when I was young, I have loved bourbon deeply.
Now I am a middle-aged Japanese man who still keeps that love behind the counter.
