"Yamazaki 12 Years Old" is meticulously crafted by selecting only unblended whiskies that have been quietly matured for 12 years or more at the Yamazaki Distillery, the birthplace of Japanese whisky. Having won numerous gold medals at global spirits competitions, it is a milestone single malt that introduced the delicacy and depth of Japanese whisky to the world.

A exquisite vatting of diverse unblended whiskies aged in white oak casks, sherry casks, and Japan's unique mizunara casks creates sweet and gorgeous aromas reminiscent of vanilla, ripe persimmons, and peaches. On the palate, a deep and rich sweetness unfolds, followed by an endlessly long, oriental, and noble finish reminiscent of agarwood (kyara) and sandalwood (byakudan) derived from the mizunara casks.

Due to the recent global boom, it has become an extremely rare and hard-to-find bottle, but the complex flavor woven by its 12-year history is truly exceptional. To fully savor the true value of this whisky, we at our bar highly recommend enjoying it either on the rocks or neat.
