A small-batch bourbon featuring a founding year, distinguished by its depth and richness
"Evan Williams 1783" is named after the person said to have made the first whisky in Kentucky. It is a small-batch (limited-production) premium bourbon created to commemorate 1783, the year of its founding.
Through careful aging using the traditional sour mash method, it develops a sweet and rich aroma reminiscent of vanilla and caramel, along with a woody and spicy finish derived from oak barrels. Its appeal lies in a robust, full-bodied flavor that will satisfy even bourbon lovers.
To fully enjoy its complex and deep flavor, it is recommended to first try it on the rocks, savoring the gradation of aromas that changes as the ice melts.
At "bar83rd," a hidden-away bar on the top floor of a building in Bashamichi, Yokohama, we offer a carefully selected collection of over 120 types of whisky. Please spend a special moment relaxing with a glass in a quiet, completely non-smoking adult space. We sincerely look forward to your visit.
