A smooth and complex flavor profile driven by a high rye content, offering a well-balanced mix of subtle vanilla sweetness and spice.

Pioneer whiskey. A smooth, complex flavor born from a high rye mash bill

Reviving a recipe over 150 years old and also known as "pioneer whiskey," "Bulleit Bourbon" is a distinctive bottle featuring a higher rye proportion than typical bourbons and aged for a minimum of six years in American oak barrels.

A rich oak aroma drifts from the glass, and upon taking a sip, an astonishingly smooth and complex flavor spreads, accompanied by subtle sweet notes of vanilla and honey. The balance between the spiciness derived from the rye and the sweetness is exquisite; while it can certainly be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, its character truly shines even in a highball.

"bar83rd" in Bashamichi, Yokohama, is a hideaway bar for adults where even solo guests can relax at ease. Enjoy a special glass that evokes the romance of the pioneering era at the quiet counter or on the terrace seats overlooking the night view.
