A bittersweet youth beer cocktail enticed by a dry crispness and the sweetness of peach

Our original beer cocktail, "Handsome Boy," features a gentle peach sweetness that wafts softly behind a sharp, dry throat feel. It is finished by pouring peach liqueur and dry vermouth into a glass and topping it off with a refreshing beer (we recommend Carlsberg at our bar).

In fact, this cocktail was born around the age of 20 when the owner was studying abroad in the suburbs of Seattle, USA. The drinking age in the US is 21. It is a cup packed with the earnest feelings of a struggling student, born after trial and error—combining the limited liqueurs and beer on hand in a strict environment to figure out "somehow how to enjoy a higher alcohol content cheaply." Because it goes down easily like regular beer due to the refreshing peach flavor, it is a slightly bittersweet yet nostalgic taste of youth that reportedly caused friends to pass out drunk one after another back then.
