A bottle that recreates the robust bourbon of the pre-Prohibition era, characterized by a sweetness that belies its high alcohol content and a nutty, savory aroma.

A 100-proof small batch reviving pre-Prohibition strength

Created by Booker Noe, the 6th-generation master distiller of the Jim Beam family, in pursuit of "the true form of pre-Prohibition bourbon," Knob Creek is a masterpiece of small-batch bourbon. Aged slowly over a long period of nine years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this bourbon combines a robust structure with a rich flavor.

From the glass drift savory aromas of roasted nuts, oak, and vanilla, and upon taking a sip, a dense and rich sweetness reminiscent of dark chocolate and burnt sugar spreads out. The full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel, which makes you forget the strength of the alcohol, is truly the epitome of classic American bourbon. It is a luxurious glass for adults where strength and refined sweetness coexist.

Nestled quietly in Kannai, Yokohama, "bar83rd" is an adult hideaway bar offering a selection of over 120 types of whisky. Please thoroughly enjoy the mellow aroma and deep richness of Knob Creek in a clean, completely non-smoking space. We look forward to your visit.
