A jet-black dessert cocktail crafted with vodka infused with coffee beans

The Black Russian is a sweet and bittersweet classic cocktail woven from vodka and coffee liqueur. Said to have been created in 1949 at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels, it is named for its near-black liquid color.

At our bar, we directly infuse coffee beans into the vodka base, adding a rich aroma and deep body to the spirit itself. Combined with the pleasant sweetness of the coffee liqueur, it offers a very smooth and drinkable palate, but because it is served on the rocks, the alcohol content is high. It suits an adult way of enjoying it little by little, slowly.
