An exquisite mellow character and deep richness fostered by 15 years of aging, offering a rich oak aroma and sweet finish characteristic of long aging.
A rare, long-aged 101-proof bourbon refined over 15 years
In bourbon whiskey, a long barrel aging period of "15 years" is extremely rare, making this "Old Ezra 15 Year" a precious masterpiece that brings out the character of the original whiskey to its absolute limit.
While it packs a powerful punch with an alcohol content of 101 proof (50.5%), the deep woody aroma of charred oak barrels brought by the long aging period intertwines complexly with a rich sweetness reminiscent of caramel and dark chocolate. Tilt your glass with it on the rocks, and as the ice slowly melts, observe the gradation of aroma and flavor while quietly reflecting on the day's events.
Due to a worldwide shortage of unaged whiskey, this is currently a phantom bottle that is extremely difficult to obtain, but for our customers who love bourbon, we have visited liquor stores and somehow managed to secure a stock.
At "bar83rd," nestled on the top floor of a building in Kannai, Yokohama, we carefully curate hard-to-find, rare, long-aged bourbons. Please spend a melancholic, adult bourbon time on the terrace with a view of the night city or in our spacious sofa seating.
